Step 2. Browse BellaButton Collections
We update the site each working day so as to only display products that have stock available.
However at times an item may become unavailable between updates.
In such cases you will be contacted and informed about this, giving you the oportunity to either wait for more stock, cancel the item/order or order another item.
Step 3. Place Order
Fill in Order Form which is provided in Information section in left-menu bar.
Please specify clearly on every item that you would like to order with below format:
Item No. 1, Color, Size (if any)
Item No. 2, Color, Size (if any)
…
E.g:
RSC1D1
RSC1T1
Step 4. Order Reservation
We will reserve your item in 2 x 24 hours once we receive the order form for payment purpose.
In any case, you cannot make a payment within this period and you have not inform us, we will release this item back to our collection.
Step 5. Invoice Receipt
Once we receive the order form, invoice receipt with payment instructions will be sent to your email address stated in Order Form.
Make sure that your email address is valid.

Step 6. Payment Confirmation
Confirmation email will be sent to your inbox upon receiving the payment. This email also to inform you when the package will be delivered.
Step 7. Package Delivery
We will make every effort to ship the items once payment is received within the following working day.

Step 8. Shipment Confirmation
You will receive email to inform you that the your order has been shipped include delivery address and tracking number(if any).
Step 9. Receive Package
We would be grateful if you can write a feedback/testimonial/advice about our products/service/etc once you receive your package.
