2. Do you accept phone orders?
   Sorry, at this time, we are unable to process orders by phone.


   We do not accept phone orders to protect your interest by keeping proper electronic records when you make purchases on Bella Button.


3. How can I check on my order?
   Please read Step 6 and 7 in here.


4. Do you have a physical store?
   No.


5. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
   If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Most items are not reordered.


6. Can I modify or adjust my order?
   You are not allowed to change your order, once we send it out.


7. How quickly do you ship?
   Please read Step 7 in here.


8. How do I know what size to choose?
   We'll do our best to provide an accurate size measurement on each item. Each item might have different size measurement even though it has the same size.
   Example: Item A size S - Bust 80 Waist 70
            Item B size S - Bust 84 Waist 74
   Ensure that you know well your size measurement. Exchange size is not allowed once we send out your order. 


9. What if the merchandise is Out-of-Stock?
   If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will be contacted and informed about this, giving you the oportunity to either wait for more stock, cancel the item/order or order another item.


10. What if I haven't received my order?
    If you opt for Registered Postage as the delivery option, you may check your delivery status in SingPost website in here by entering Tracking Number which is sent to your email with subject "Shipment Confirmation"


    If you opt for Normal Postage as the delivery option, we will not be liable for any lost/damage items during shipment.


11. How often do you launch new products on the website?
    At the moment, we launch new designs at least once a week. Join our Facebook page or subscribe to our mailing list to get first-hand updates of new arrivals, discounts or even freebies!


12. What currency do you use?
    The default currency used on Bella Button website is Singapore Dollar (SGD$).


13. Do you accept payment in other currencies?
    No.
