1. You will receive an email with subject "Congratulation! You are now entitled for Bella Button's VIP Membership."
2. You may need to submit a copy of your IC which shows your Date of Birth.
3. Once we receive a soft copy of your IC, you can enjoy the benefits on the next purchase.
