#2 Product Availability
We update the site each working day so as to only display products that have stock available. However at times a product may become unavailable between updates. In such cases you will be contacted and informed about this, giving you the oportunity to either wait for more stock, cancel the item/order or order another item.


We will make every effort to ship the goods once payment has been received within the following working day.


The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.


You will gain legal ownership of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you.


Changes and updates/improvements to products may occur without notice.


#3 Typographical Errors
We strive to make every piece of information as accurately as we could. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If you have been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your bank account in the amount of the charge.


#4 Promotions
Promotions and offers shall be governed by the rules regulating such event.


#5 Prices
The base currency for all product is Singapore Dollars (S$).


#6 Product's Color and Print
While we have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our website, it is impossible to get a 100% colour match. The actual product might vary slightly from its photographs shown due to different lighting conditions captured by the photographer or different computer graphic cards and displays.


Designs with prints, patterns, textures and floral might differ slightly from its photographs shown online when fabrics are discontinued and replaced by new, similar and seasonal fabrics.


#7 Payment and Importation
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations outside the Singapore. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.


#8 If the parcel goes missing.
We will not be responsible for missing parcel should you choose Normal Postage. We highly recommend to use Registered Postage.


For International Package, all items shipped by us come with tracking number. Shipping insurance excluded. If you require a shipping insurance, please contact us. Extra charges apply.


#9 Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-standard Products.
We do not do exchanges sizes as the measurements are clearly provided. As the apparels are mass manufactured, there might be 0.5" - 0.75" differences in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a faulty products.


If any products are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, you must first contact us within 2 x 24 hours of receiving the products.


In most cases return of the damaged product is not necessary. We will not reimberse the cost of shipping items back to us unless we have instructed you to do this.


We reserve the right to replace at our cost, or refund the cost of the damaged or faulty goods.


If you feel you wish to return the goods for any other reason for a refund with return postage paid by you please return goods to our sales offices.


#10 Testimonials and Feedbacks
We aim to provide outstanding customer service. If you have any testimonials and feedbacks about the service you have received from us or any of the products supplied to you, please contact Bella Button through the Contact Us section on the website.


Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused.
