We DO accept return of products for a refund:


If any products are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, you must first contact us within 2 x 24 hours of receiving the products. You have to take picture of the faulty product and send to our email for inspection.


Once we confirm we confirm that the product is faulty upon inspection, you may proceed with the return with condition:
   - Unworn and unwashed
   - Tags and original accessories intact
   - Postage will be paid by buyer
****Please make sure to inspect your products within 2 days upon receiving****


We DO NOT accept return of products for a refund:


» Exchanges sizes as the measurements are clearly provided. As the apparels are mass manufactured, there might be 1cm - 1.5cm differences in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a faulty products.
» Exchanges colour as long as they are in accordance with your order
» Any product which return more than 2 days upon receiving.
